1. Agreement
By using curafisc.com or the Curafisc software (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The Service
Curafisc provides software for billing, stock, purchases, payments, GST and reporting for pharmacies. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
3. Subscription and fees
The Service is offered on a yearly subscription. Fees, currency and taxes will be confirmed at launch. Subscriptions renew only as described at purchase. Late payment may lead to suspension.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep credentials secure. Ensure the accuracy of data you enter and your own compliance with GST, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related rules. Do not misuse, copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service.
5. Not professional advice
Curafisc is a software tool. Reports and GST outputs should be verified by you or your chartered accountant. Curafisc does not provide legal, tax or medical advice.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter. You permit us to process it to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email; hours will be confirmed at launch. See the draft SLA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [To be reviewed by counsel]
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach. On request you may export your data for a reasonable period after termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes are subject to courts at [city, state].
