Questions about pricing and billing
Will prices include GST?
Pricing and tax treatment will be confirmed at launch. Plans are expected to be exclusive of GST, with a GST tax invoice for each payment.
Is there a monthly plan?
Plans are planned as yearly subscriptions. Billing details will be confirmed at launch.
What payment modes do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and bank transfer. Details will be confirmed at launch. [Confirm modes]
How does renewal work?
We send a renewal reminder before your plan ends. Renewal happens only when you confirm.
Can I cancel?
You can stop renewal at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the paid period ends. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Can I change plan mid-year?
Yes. Contact us to move to a higher plan; we adjust the subscription. Pro-rating rules are [confirmed at purchase].
Do you charge for setup or migration?
Basic CSV import is included. Assisted migration for large or multi-branch setups is quoted. See onboarding.
