1. Evaluation

2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within the refund window [To be confirmed] of your first yearly payment by emailing us your account details.
3. What is refundable
The first-year subscription fee, less payment gateway charges, may be refunded within the window. GST is refunded in proportion.
4. Not refundable
- Renewals after the renewal reminder period
- Custom development, assisted migration or services already delivered
- Misuse or breach of the Terms of Service
5. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal any time before the renewal date. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a period [To be confirmed].
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable.
